2月15日，乌克兰哈尔科夫国立大学2025年第一批来校授课的3位合作教师顺利抵达杭州，开启为期8周的线下授课工作。3月4日，哈尔科夫学院为乌方教师举行欢迎会，院长欧荣、副院长孙燕，以及专业负责人出席。

欧荣院长对乌方教师的到来表示热烈欢迎，希望教师们能够尽快适应新的环境，在不断地合作中增进友谊，并祝愿大家在杭州的工作和生活开心愉快。

会上，双方以杭州“六小龙”之一的DeepSeek为例，就人工智能的发展对学生人才培养的技术帮助和注意事项等内容展开交流讨论。乌方教师纷纷认为，杭州师范大学的校园环境优良，具有浓郁的书香人文气息；杭州市的自然环境优美，风景秀丽且热情好客。

自2023年9月恢复线下授课以来，杭州师范大学哈尔科夫学院与乌克兰哈尔科夫国立大学精诚协作，探索与践行中外合作办学的新模式，促进学校国际化人才培养与教育国际化事业高质量发展，助力学校“双一流”建设。

On February 15, three cooperative teachers from V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University of Ukraine, the first batch to teach at Hangzhou Normal university in 2025,  arrived in Hangzhou to start an 8-week offline teaching work. On March 4, Kharkiv Institute held a welcome meeting for the Ukrainian teachers, attended by Dean Ou Rong, Vice Dean Sun Yan, and professional heads.

Dean Ou Rong warmly welcomed the Ukrainian co-teachers, expressing hope that they would quickly adapt to their new environment, strengthen friendships through ongoing collaboration, and enjoy their work and life in Hangzhou.

During the meeting, both sides engaged in discussions about the role of artificial intelligence in talent development, using DeepSeek—one of Hangzhou’s "Six Little Dragons" (a group of leading tech companies)—as an example. The Ukrainian faculty praised Hangzhou Normal University for its excellent campus environment and rich academic and cultural atmosphere. They also commended Hangzhou for its beautiful natural scenery and hospitable residents.

Since the resumption of offline teaching in September 2023, the Kharkiv Institute of Hangzhou Normal University and V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University of Ukraine have worked closely to explore and implement innovative models for Sino-foreign educational cooperation. This collaboration advances the university’s goals of cultivating globally minded talent, promoting international education, and supporting its "Double First-Class" initiative.
